Short description of error
node wrangler cut links keymap has tweak right by default. Which seems not to work and conflict with lazy connect. Although changing it to tweak left works.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Enable node wrangler addon. Create a two nodes. connect them. Now pressing ctrl+right will activate lazy mouse. Tweaking key map to
cut links> Tweak>Left>Any
will use ctrl+left click to cut. Which is similar to cut tool
