Worked: Uknown

Short description of error
After executing the "Make Static Override" operator on a linked armature, there exists a button next to object data dropdown menu that allows the user to make that object local.
As shown in the image, after saving the file and reopening it, that button fully disappears and the O signifier next to the data name in dropdown menu disappears as well.
Moreover the broken chain symbol also disappears from the Outliner.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Start Blender with --enable-static-override.
Delete all default objects for an empty scene.
From file select link, open the Mannequin.blend file and select all entries in the Objects folder.
Upon successful linking, select the armature and from the search menu, type and select "Make Static Override".
Refer to the outliner and observe how all linked objects have an icon of a chainlink with an arrow through it. (sig1)
Refer to the Object tab in Properties panel to see the button next to the dropdown menu allowing for localizing the object. (sig2)
Refer to the dropdown to find the O signifier next to the name of the object data: O Stickman. (sig3)
Save the file.
Open the saved file to find sig1, sig2, and sig3 to be gone!
