Short description of error
Texture is not initially loaded in solid mode/LookDev mode in Texture Paint mode after reopening a file, and instead the render is presented with a solid pink.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1 - File > New > General.
2 - Select "Texture Paint" tab.
3 - In "Texture Slot", add a new Base Color, default settings with a random color for visibility and OK.
4 - Save to disk the Material Base Color texture generated as png.
5 - Save to disk the blend file (test.blend).
6 - Open Recent > test.blend.

Notes:
The error can be reproduced in Solid Mode and LookDev Mode if changing the mode before saving the file.
