doesn't work: builds without Carve

Short description of error
Problem with removing Carve from options - There are instances where it works better. It should not be default but it should be there.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open file and change Boolean type from Bmesh to Carve and back.

We already have T54024, T47030 for this.

I dont think this case adds anything new?
Will merge this into T54024 (but feel free to comment again if you think this is different...)

Yeah it looks similar but after watching the video I don't think it's the same.

The cylinders used for cutting here don't overlap with the other object as seen on this screenshot:

But I assume these are considered overlapping [it actually works heaps better if you put modifiers Overlap Thresholdoption to zero in your file]

Not sure but for me it looks still the same? Maybe it's because I'm using the 2.79 instead of newest builds?
