Short description of error
Blender v2.8 beta -4ef09cf937f2-win64 doesnt start

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I try to start blender.exe then a black dialog popsup and my windows says that my amd card driver failed. Which ends up in a black dialog for ever.

Is the driver really from the year 2012? That is quite old already..
Not sure if we can do anything about it.

Please try to run Blender from the console with the --debug --debug-gpu options and post the output here.

Extra comment: Blender 2.79b does start and work flawless on same laptop.

But Blender 2.8 beta doesnt..

(running as administator on windows 7 home)
started in cmd box as administrator:

blender.exe --debug --debug-gpu > report.txt <enter>

Using ARB_debug_output extension

There are newer drivers from 2015 (Catalyst) and 2016 (Crimson) - link. YMMV, sometimes newer drivers make things worse.

Closing since we now only officially support AMD graphics cards with GCN 1st gen and later for Blender 2.80.
