Cannot reproduce a crash here.
Could you share your blendfile just prior to deleting the track?

Yes. I've just noticed that my explanation lacks enough information. This crash happens arbitrarily and only when you have all the markers(which are created using auto detect command) highlighted(yellow color) and select one of them(white highlight) and then try to remove it. Your Blender session needs to be fresh. Maybe it has something to do with the video so i have posted the video and a .blend file containing the situation before Blender crash on my system(but using this file doesn't cause crash, it only happens in a fresh Blender session and steps need to be taken manually rather than loading a saved file).

Still cannot reproduce, @Sina (SinaBlender) is this still an issue with a current build [there have been fixes since...]?
