Can´t run the addon, as reproduced in the attached video...

You have two copies of the same add-on.
The paths are shown in your screenshot.
Delete one of them.

This is from another addon, actually... Have just deleted those copies, anyway. The message is gone now, but I still can´t run the OrtogOnBlender addon...
