Normal Map default values are wrong

Description

Operating system: Ubuntu 18.10
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1060 6GB
Broken: 2.80beta, 690478027bd7

If you make a new Normal Map node, the "Strength" parameter defaults to 1.0

If you right click and choose "reset to default value" it goes to 0.0

A similar problem occurs with the color: default is RGBA .5,.5,1,1 but resetting it to default goes to 0,0,0,0

The "Reset to Default Value" feature unfortunately has this problem with many properties. We do not consider it a bug currently, but a known limitation that will require a bigger effort to fix throughout Blender.
