Short description of error
RIgify Animation tools > FK2IK and IK2FK button do not work correctly
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
3 Generate Armature rig. Select armature rig.
4 In pose mode, Select and pose hands.IK.L with keep all pose bone visible
5 keep select hands.IK.L then Tool tab>Rgify Animation Tools>click IK2FK pose (2.79)
6 it not work as dsicribed tips (Snaps IK limb on FK) ,
7 activate or non activate "Transfer Only selected" show no change. all bone keep the same postion which I changed, not snap.
8 When I use default Rig Main properties, then use snap IK to FK, and snap FK to IK work without problem.
(And as user request, I need to know how each Rigify animation tools button work as document,, even though it seems simple, it is not clear, how use these tools as designed,, eg I suppose, IK2FK pose
auto mate, snap and change IK_FK switch values. but it seems not work for me)

I now understand, this tool '(IK2FK, FK2IK) need to set "key" on timeline . I just test it without set key for bones and posing, or select active pose in poselibrary, and have expected itwork as same as property tab (but auto change values an setting of IK FK ) by one click.
Though I still hope if it will work (IK to FK, FK to IK) even though there is no key, (to test pose untill set keys with IK ,FK ) but anyway if this tools designed work with key values, it is not bug.
