System Information
Operating system: Windows 10 (64)
Graphics card: Intel (R) HD Graphics 5300

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80.45, 779860d34e26, blender2.8, 2019-02-22

Short description of error
Blender 2.8 is playing videos very slow in the movie clip editor, I am not sure if this is same in other computers or its only with my system but videos play normal in the 2.79b version on the same computer.
After opening and pre-fetching videos (even lower then 20MBs) when I play them in the movie clip editor, Frame Rates is as low as 3fps/4fps and RAM is filled up to 2GBs for only 250 frames.

Kindly fix this issue.

I think this is because Filmic is now the default View Transform, which is why the footage has to be converted for display first. If you change the View Transform from "Filmic" to "Default", it should play fast again.
