Short description of error
I'm unable to create a hide_viewport keyframe via the UI

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open a new scene with a default cube
In the scene hierarchy, right click on the "eyeball" icon for the cube
"+ Insert Keyframe" does not appear in the list of options

It doesn't make sense to tackle any of this until we address T61578. To add a keyframe from a callback button would be tricky.
