DoF crosshair visible when in Camera View
Closed, ArchivedPublic

System Information
Operating system: elementaryOS 0.4.1
Graphics card: GTX 1080

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80, cf75aea21857

Worked: 2.79
Short description of error
When the Show Limits option is enabled in Camera Viewport Display options and the Depth of Field Distance Value is higher than the Clip Start Value (so usually anything above 0.1), the yellow DoF crosshair is visible even when you are looking through the camera, which is distracting and not really usable anyway.
In 2.79 the Camera Limits and DoF crosshair are hidden when you are in Camera View, which makes sense, I think.

Sebastian Parborg (zeddb) triaged this task as Confirmed, Medium priority.

I think this might be useful to have as you can see when the DoF focus point clips the objects in the scene while in camera view mode.

I think we can keep this visible. It's somewhat distracting when it's very big an close to the camera, but that also kind of indicates that it's at the wrong distance so I'm not sure it's a bad thing.
