Short description of error

If a mesh has shapekeys, and you're modelling on the Basis shapekey, any transforms you do on the mesh will be undone if you go out of Edit mode and have used Inset or Bevel. Inset and Bevel are the only commands where I found this, there may be others that I don't know about

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup file. Start with any mesh object, like Cube or Monkey, add one or more Shapekeys, it doesn't matter, and enter Edit mode on the Basis shapekey. Move, rotate or scale any part of the mesh, and use Inset or Bevel in no order in particular. Exit Edit mode and the transformations will be gone even if you come back, although the new topology remains.

Considering that I model a lot and haven't encountered the problem again, even when I try to replicate my own instructions, I say this has been solved
