We created an add-on for Blender 2.79.
【Command Recorder】
This add-on can only repeat one previous operation in Shift+R, however, Command Recorder allows for more complex iterations.
If you like it, please use it as an official Blender2.8 add-on.

Your add-on was written for Blender 2.79.
In order to work with Blender 2.80, it must be ported since the registration (bl_info) does not match
and there are changes to the bpy API.
There are a few vague things to create an add-on to Blender 2.8. Where is the person who answers the question?
