Dear Blender-Support,

Also on my computer Blender 2.79 does not start. Therefore really no helpful hint came from Blender.org to all the other users having the same problem, I have an idea:

Please do convert my Blender-file, 'I have purchased, into an OBJ or a STL file. This was the motivation for my interest in getting Blender. I think, this might be just an investment of some seconds for you, and will not cause more anger about your software, that does not work properly, for me.

critics may hurt, but me and other users have enough from software, that does not work from the start and causes much wasted time.

If Blender is not starting for you, it is because of something specific to your machine.
Quite often, the problem is your video driver. Without some details, there is nothing we can do.

Running blender from the command line will give you more information.
Don't forget to mention your operating system AND your graphics card.
