Short description of error

Global undo of Object and property changes doesn't work in this particular file. I tried narrowing it down and deleting everything in this file but nothing seems to work, so I have not been able to replicate it in new files either. User preferences and addon don't seem to be the culprit. The bug doesn't appear in new scenes.

Open this file and do several things. Anything like moving the cube several times, adding or duplicating objects, changing property values, adding materials... Then press Ctrl+Z to undo one step at a time, or summon the Undo History menu and you'll see that it doesn't revert to any previous state in the middle, except for the very first Original state
