{F6894894}Camera's Properties Focal Length, Sensor Width, Sensor Height are displayed and updated via slider as integers, yet are floating point values set to many decimal places by match-moving software. This is a significant usability problem for match-moving, both for seeing what the values are (especially if animated), and can deceive the user --- a click up and down looks harmless but just wrecked the match-move. Note: it doesn't count that values are available to more decimal places if you explictly click on the value to edit it.... I'm talking about general all-the-time display value (and stepsize) are integers.
Fix: display these 3 values to 3 fractional decimal places, and drag the values in steps of 0.01 mm

I don't follow the report.
First, please fill out the bug report form correctly. We need to know the version of Blender you are referring to, and so on.
Second, the issue you are describing doesn't seem to be the case. I can input the camera sensor size very accurately using many decimal points:
Changed status from 'Open' to: 'Archived'
That is because units are now measured in mm by default.
Change it back by setting units to None here:
Changed status from 'Archived' to: 'Open'
It is correct to have these units be metric (here mm). Millimeter values are commonly used for camera parameters, and they require more than integer precision.
It is NOT correct to require mm to display integer-only values ---- there's no implied precision limitation to using millimeters.
Users will regard this as a functionality error.
Saying that you must disable unit settings in every scene just because mm are displayed as integers doesn't make sense.
Needs fixing.
