System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.17134 64 Bits
Graphics card: Quadro M1000M/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 418.81

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.80 (sub 51), branch: blender2.7, commit date: 2019-03-26 18:57, hash: rB337eb8c1de4c
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error
when creating a hot key for menu'clear transform', the name 'VIEW3D_MT_pose_clear' won't work, instead the name which works is 'VIEW3D_MT_pose_transform', but I think it is not proper

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
in keymap setting panel, at the following position:
3D view---Pose---Pose (Global)
when trying to creata new hotkey for 'call menu' with the identifier 'wm.call_menu', using the name 'clear' or 'clear transform' will all lead to an error message saying that menu not found, instead the correct name for calling the menu is 'VIEW3D_MT_pose_transform', but which may be confusing for some people.
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]

HU ZHENGYANG (xumu) renamed this task from Pose mode, in keymap setting the name for the menu 'clear tranform' not proper to Pose mode, in keymap setting the name for the menu 'clear transform' not proper.

This is not really a bug. Sometimes menus have slightly different internal names than what you might expect.

The real solution to this, I think, is to just make it easier to add hotkeys to menus.

@Campbell Barton (campbellbarton) is there a reason you cannot right-click on a menu and add a hotkey to it?

It is now possible to use the right click context menu to assign a hot key to this menu item.
