Short description of error
Ton (Roosendaal) has shown me in the past, that the color picker wheel has an antialiased edge in the Mac version of Blender 2.80 beta, where as the Linux version running on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS does not. Thought I'd report this.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
- It is very easy to get to the color picker wheel. Launch a fresh Blender, click "Load Factory Settings" to make certain we start fresh.
- Click the "Material" icon in the "Properties" editor.
- Now click the color patch next to "Base color". On an Apple Macintoh you will see it has a nice antialiased edge around the colors, running under Linux it does not, on non HiDPI screens.
