Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.80 (sub 53), branch: blender2.7, commit date: 2019-04-03 23:27, hash:
0e78e3038d
Worked: 2.79b and before
Short description of error
Fluid collides with the object's default pose mesh despite the 'Export Animated Mesh' option ticked and fluidism being placed behind armature in the modifier stack.
Using the exact same objects in previous Blender versions works as expected.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on default startup: (this does work in 2.79)
Create a plane
Create an armature
Select the plane
Shift-select the armature
Press Ctrl+P and choose 'Armature Deform>With Automatic Weights'
Select the armature's bone in pose mode
Move the bone down to z=-0.5
Enable fluid physics of type 'Obstacle' on the plane
Check 'Export Animated Mesh'
Create an Ico Sphere
Scale it by 0.2
Move it up to z=0.5
Enable 'Inflow' fluid physics
(set inflow velocity to 0; 0; -5)
Enable fluid physics (domain type) on the default cube
Bake the fluid simulation
Fluid collides with the plane's default pose
.blend file (just bake the fluid simulation): ArmFluBug.blend

@Sergey feel free to reassign if this is not for you.
I getting a lot of error prints:
But no "dependency cycle detected" prints.
I can not reproduce the issue, and no errors are printed.
There were some fixes in the related areas. Mind testing it with the latest buildbot builds?
Changed status from 'Open' to: 'Resolved'
I can't reproduce this anymore. So unless @doodlezucc chimes in and says otherwise, I'll mark this as resolved.
Just tried a new build, can confirm that this has been fixed, thanks!
