This is related to #61561.

The idea here is that we re-use the same data-oriented color coding from the Outliner, to further clarify the data structure.

We should also ideally unify the icons used both places. In the Outliner we use separate icon definitions, ie OUTLINER_DATA_ARMATURE, which is different from ARMATURE_DATA. This is a good time to just unify this.
