Short description of error
It was working fine while I was on builds from Friday 2019-04-12 but now there are glitches on arms and legs while transforming or animating IK controllers.
The mesh seems to explode on the joints...
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Attached file hopefully will show the issue, just open it and playback the animation end watch the arms near the end of the animation.
Also, try to transform the arms or legs IK controllers, rotation or location, the mesh will explode randomly.
