Blender Version 2.8.0.0 git.a0f2923fd821-windows64
Broken:
(example: 2.79b release)
(example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, blender2.8, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (optional) 2.79

Short description of error Node Wrangler do not work properly. the menu will not be installed properly. When ctrl shift spacebar I get a small sign X Anim Player. When pressing ctrl spacebar I get max window. I do not get the menu for Wrangler.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible). every file I try, I get the same result

What menu are you trying to bring up exactly?

There is a list of hotkeys in the Node Wrangler section of the Add-ons.

Hi
I go into prefereces, Add-On node Wrangler, and OK
When using node editor, press ctrl spacebar, the only thing that happend, are expanding window. No menu of node Wrangler, like 2.79
