Short description of error
in title, hair particles not updating with the rigid body simulation

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
add hair particles to default cube
set default cube physics to active rigid body
start playback and see the cube falling down without the hair

(with regulat particles it works as supposed)

This works in 2.79 (git), so I guess this is some deps problem perhaps.
