**8GB DDR4 2666mhz RAM
3.6TB secondary harddrive
1TB Primary harddrive

 GTX1070 8GB HDDR5
 i3 3,6ghz cpu

750W psu

with network card, not sure what type**

Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: GTX 1070 8GB HDDR 5

**Blender Version: 2.79
Broken: I launch Blender from steam and it start showing some code, after a few seconds, it closes by itself and doesn't resolve if I try again, I tried updating my drivers, still does not work
(example: 2.79b release)
(example: 2.80, edbf15d3c044, blender2.8, 2018-11-28, as found on the splash screen)
Worked: (optional)

Short description of error: I launch Blender from steam and it start showing some code, after a few seconds, it closes by itself and doesn't resolve if I try again, I tried updating my drivers, still does not work

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error: I just launched it through steam and this happened, I tried downloading the independent website version but it does the same
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

I tried downloading the independent website version

Not clear what that means. Did you download 2.79b from the blender.org website?

If not, download the .zip version (32 or 64 bit as appropriate),
unzip the archive, and
run blender from the command line to look for interesting messages.
