Worked: build from 2019-05-01
I just updated from a build from 3 days ago, and now my file isn't loading in Blender.
If I import the scene, it will work from there.
All that happens is after the blend file is opened, the window is loaded an visible for like a second, then Blender closes with Error: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION and a number as the Address.

I get a huge number of errors (around 300) trying to load the .blend. Most are about missing linked blender libraries and invalid drivers.
Having the actual text of your Access Violation error message is useful.

The number (0x000000013F7696B9) doesn't look of any value in the slightest; just computed gibberish.
That number is the hexadecimal address of the instruction that caused the fault.
But the more interesting part is the Module where the fault occurred - in this case it was Blender, but I was expecting the video driver.
