System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.17763 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1080/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 416.34

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.80 (sub 60), branch: blender2.7, commit date: 2019-05-07 00:16, hash: bfef3bce1a

Short description of error
When a Light has used Cycles Nodes at some point and the Scene is then set to Eevee again, the Rightclick → Energy Operator still controlles the Strength of the Emission Node (although it does nothing in Eevee). It should instead always controll the Power value of the Light when using Eevee.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • In a new scene, switch to Cycles
  • set the light in the scene to Use Nodes
  • switch back to Eevee
  • try to controll the Light Power with the Rightclick → Energy Operator

This will be solved by [D4588: Cycles/Eevee: unify light strength and color.](https://archive.blender.org/developer/D4588).
