System Information
Operating system: Linux-4.18.0-18-generic-x86_64-with-debian-buster-sid 64 Bits
Graphics card: AMD Radeon (TM) R9 Fury Series (FIJI, DRM 3.26.0, 4.18.0-18-generic, LLVM 7.0.0) X.Org 4.5 (Core Profile) Mesa 18.2.8

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.80 (sub 60), branch: blender2.7, commit date: 2019-05-08 22:27, hash: e2d04229c3
Worked: A version a few weeks back, but I don't know which because I unfortunately deleted it when I downloaded the new one.

Short description of error
When either opening the previous file I made with 2.8 that had linked objects, or trying to link objects from blender 2.79b(2018-03-22) in a new scene blender just closes. It was working a few weeks back. In fact I would like to find 2.8 builds from before.
Attached is the blender file to link and the crash text file generated.
Appending works fine. Just linking crashes, or opening the files that I made with 2.8 before with linked files.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open blender 2.8 with default scene, delete all objects, go to link>go to the attached file (delete.blend, sorry for the name)> link all objects.
Blender closes

Cannot reproduce any crash linking all objects from given delete.blend file… Please try again with latest build?

Note that from your crash report file, looks like crash happened in draw code, things have changed there, that's hopefully been fixed in the mean time.

Yes, it now works. Thank you!
I actually waited some days and downloaded more versions before sending the report. Apparently just when I gave up it was solved.

Thanks, great to know that it’s working again for you as well. :)
