Short description of error
A scene strip in the vse set to 'lookdev' preview mode will have half-sized textures if the textures are set to 'Window' texture coordinates. These textures look correct in the viewport, and look correct in the vse when its set to 'rendered' mode.

I am also able to get the same result when using viewport rendering.

In the viewport when zooming in you will see that the image does not use the viewport size, but the actual window size (including the part that is outside the camera viewport). During final rendering this is cropped and it will render correctly.

Would put my attention to the way how the uv's of the window is calculated. Eevee uses the settings that are given by rv3d->viewcamtexcofac they might be off when doing viewport rendering.

When doing viewport rendering it is also broken when the 3d viewport is set to rendered.
