Short description of error
Hello wonderful Blender developers!I have noticed several inconsistencies and bugs regarding UI of the outliner and grease pencil in latest builds.

Toggling stroke color visibility on and off for grease pencil creates black squares on top of the icons that cover them completely:

@Brecht Van Lommel (brecht) I'm not sure what is the reason of this. This area of code has not been changed for months and I noticed some days ago this issue (not sure when), but must be related to all icon changes done.

Actually, the icon is generated using a predefined blend file that is rendered in background, and it's the same used in preview.

If you look at the following image, you can see the icon has a background color, but the preview doesn't.

Could you take a look? maybe there are some new parameter missing in the generation.

@Brecht Van Lommel (brecht) You can find all code related in render_preview.c looking for G_pr_main_grease_pencil variable.
