Short description of error
In UV edit clicking on verticles in the left and switching to right pane clicking verticles there, and repeat a few times (sometimes directly) crashes blender. (shpere has UV from view from topview, but other shapes have the problem as wel)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
just click a few times in left and right pane verticles, and blender crashes.
attached there is a newly made blend file demonstrating the crash.

Cant get it to crash here.

  • Is this still an issue with todays build?
  • Could you check if upgrading your GPU driver helps?

Installed todays build of 13-5-2019 (20:26 dutch time).
My nvidea card isnt used (i think its all CPU render), it used to be suported in 2.7x but not anymore the 630M it was just as fast as the, the cpu (8 cores), so the differences to use it are negligible.

Despite that I did upgrade my video card as well today, and together with todays blender i wasnt able to crash it anymore.
To rule it out I also checked again the Blender version of 2 days ago (also using new video card driver), and it crashed again...
So something meanwhile has been fixed, i think some amazingly fast bug fixxing is happening here,
