Pose Mode Semi-freeze or Lag with selective character rigs #64699

3 custom full body human rigs were tested.

Rig 1A = rig created in Blender 2.79. (2.79.0-git.467d92b-windows64)
Rig 1B = Rig 1A imported/ saved into Blender 2.8 (2.80.0-git.480a09a92f7f-windows64)
Rig 2 = simple rig created in Blender 2.8 (same version as above)

I was very relieved that Rig 1A worked per normal in the above (May1) build of 2.8.
In latest May14 and May16 build...

Rig 1A and Rig 2 behave as normal. Pic is Rig 2.

However Rig 1B acts abnormal.

Initially it seems all Rig1B bone transforms were frozen.

I have tried to isolate the sissue: alter some bones in Edit mode before entering Pose mode, disable all drivers, disable all IK, remove drivers, switch off custom bones, turn off Edit>Lock Object Modes, load whole scene vs append only, all to no avail.

Then turns out, you have to mouse press and drag very hard and for at least 2 seconds, for a single transform to register/happen. See pic of Rig 1B.

Since Rig 1A and Rig 1B are basically the same rig, only difference is 1B passed through a 2.8 save.

The difference of Rig 1A/1B and Rig 2 = Rig 1 has Limit Rotation set on a few bones.

I spent months working on Rig 1A, I hope future 2.8 builds won't destroy this rig. Mean time I will stick to the older May1 build of 2.8.

Thanks for your good works and attention.

Pose Mode Freeze, Severe Lag

RANDOM delayed transform results on RANDOM bones on a character rig that worked perfectly fine in 01-05 2.80 build.

Mystery solved.

The culprit was an orphaned armature action 001 in the scene.

After changing the entire leg bones, deleted leg bones and IK controls somehow left ghost keys at frame 0 and frame 1, that are in a bright yellow state of being selected.

Wasn't obvious because Timeline doesn't show ghosted channels.

That orphaned action didn't have fake user yet it continues to "exist". I have no idea if this is by design or not.

In any case, ALL iterations of Rig 1B now work, as long as I go inside Graph Editor or Dopesheet, select all bones and make sure I erase every single ghosted keys.

Thanks for your attention.
