Blender cloud subscription renewal issues

Greetings. This might not be the proper channel but I didn't know where to go. I tried blender artists forum and someone advised me to come here. I have a Blender cloud subscription that has been working fine for a few months. I haven’t been able to renew it for almost a month, and now that I want to re-activate it this is what I get:

I’d appreciate it if someone could help me with this, I use the blender cloud frequently for production.

Please send an email to, from the email address you used to subscribe to Blender Cloud.

You should also be able to renew your subscription from (which is where that green button "Renew now" should also lead you).
