Dragging in Lamp Power Field uses too small increments

Short description of error
Not a bug, but it seems to be a shortcoming. When you left-drag in the field for Lamp Power it uses too fine of increments (essentially the same as Shift-left-drag). This present method takes a long time to change the power of a lamp. You basically have to know the exact wattage you want up front and then enter the value manually. It would be nice to use larger increments (say, 10 watts) when dragging, and then use the present fine increments when shift-dragging. Thanks so much!

Just had to show my appreciation... version: 2.80 (sub 69), branch: blender2.7, commit date: 2019-05-17 23:36, hash: rB03672e77836d is a marvelous build... not only are there so many good bug fixes, but you guys did an even BETTER implementation of changing lamp power than what I had suggested. It now appears to be a variable driven by mouse speed rather than being a fixed rate of change which is absolutely perfect! Great job!!
