Short description of error
Having curves in your scene and trying to drag-select in wireframe & orthographic view on at the same time will cause blender to crash.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
ensure x-ray is off
add a bezier curve to your scene
enable your wireframe view from the viewport shading section
go into orthographic view
click on an empty space and drag, blender should crash immediately if not shortly after

I can't reproduce this issue.
I have tried reproducing the crash since the latest build and it seems to have been fixed. I have not tried reproducing the crash with the exact same file so I will attempt it again and confirm.
Yes I can confirm the bug is still there, this is the file I have found crashes with, also it seems that this crash also occurs with mirrored objects in scenes with bezier curves Tanjiro_Model.blend

I can't seem to reproduce the issue on my end.
I open up the attached file, toggle on orthographic mode (numpad 5) and go to front view (numpad 1).
Then I try to draw select a bunch but no crashes.
Can you still reproduce this on the latest blender beta?
Changed status from 'Open' to: 'Archived'
Since we can't reproduce this and there is no update on this still happening in the latest build, closing report. We can reopen if it's confirmed to still be an issue.
