Short description of error
when export stl files from blender the scale is reduced by a 100 times

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
import a blender file.
set the scene units to mm from meter. (doesn't matter)
export file and open in 3D slicer software specifically 3Dgence slicer.
then the file is reduced by x100 when opened up.

Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Stl does not include unit used.

Normally the program you import would ask for the unit to use.
If you want to match the programs expected value:

Either change scene unit scale
Or change the scale when export.
