2.8 World "Background," node missing manual color adjustment

Blender Version
Broken: 2.80, f18373a9ab1a, master, 2019-05-25
Worked: For sure 2.79, possibly earlier 2.8 versions but not sure.

Short description of error
The background node no longer has the little color box to click and adjust the color of the background manually from the node editor.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Go to shader editor
  2. Go to world shader editor
  3. the "background," node is missing a way to manually adjust the color

Edit: May you check temporary factory settings in file menu > defaults

Never mind, I'm just really blind. I'm used to it in 2.79 being on the left side, and not only did it move to the right side, but the default background color is almost the same color as the node so it didn't look like it was there. Sorry
