Short description of error
Within the "Lights" tab of the User Preferences, the options to "Install" Studio Lights, MatCaps, and LookDev HDRIs, all of them show the text "Install Custom Studio Light" in the button when in the file browser screen. Attaching screenshot.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Just go to User Preferences, under the Lights section, and press the buttons to "install" matcaps and LookDev HDRIs.
