Short description of error
As the title says, the pie W Pie menu that brings up the sculpting brushes now shows only 2 brushes.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
based on default start up

Launch Blender,
Have the Pie Menu: 3D View Port Addon Enabled.
Have Sculpt Pie option in the addon checked.
Switch to sculpt mode,
Press W and the Pie Menu only Shows 2 brushes (Crease and Blob)

Previous version: 2.80 (sub 72), branch: master, commit date: 2019-05-24 13:39, hash: blender/blender@c935921091 had all the brushes that you would find on blender 2.79.

This was a real help seeing as some of the numbers keymaps that worked for brush shipping have stopped in 2.8
