glTF exporter errors

Worked: builds from January

Exporting to glTF format results in errors:

  • Apply Modifiers don't work.
  • Some of exported meshes has incorrect shading (can't show because of NDA).

I just pushed a fix about applying modifiers

THanks for fixing apply modifiers. The shading bug still remains and is causing weird patterns when shadow is enabled. Screen is from my three js project.
