The width of the VSE Sidebar has become too narrow #65829

Short description of error
Within the last few days the default VSE Sidebar has been made much more narrow - which crushes the Timecode panel. The panel used to be aligned with the preferences area.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the VSE timecode panel:

This is not a bug, and not something that can be addressed with the system we have. The width of sidebars are constant, while the size of editors are relative to the window size. This means that the they will differ depending on the window size - at certain sizes they will be identical in width.

This is the width of the VSE sidebar panel from a build I downloaded 19/5 called blender-2.80.0-git.06c4139a6833-windows64:

This is the width of the following build from 20/5, called blender-2.80.0-git.b4dfae3df7b9-windows64:

So the constant width of that sidebar has been changed at that date.

Could be commit nr. 2556158 Fix inconsistent toolbar and sidebar sizes in default workspaces.
