Cuda error

Using mesh as emission light source and animate it in Cycles. Both Cuda and CPU error occur.cuda.blend

The Szene renders without any problem on my computer with the latest build (e7a0f0a993). I testet CPU rendering and GPU rendering. No CUDA error.

Windows 10 x64 Pro
64GB Ram
AMD Threadripper 1950X
Geforce GTX 1080Ti
Geforce Titan X
PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 430.86

Does this still happen with the latest beta? It seems like this is not a widespread problem as other have reported no issue with this particular scene.

This is probably related to b10921f.

This only applies to Windows 10 1803 (17134) and up, so 1709 (16299) would not be affected. I would not expect launch timeouts to be hit in a simple scene like this either.

Works ok for me both for single frame render and animation.

Hi, devs. Thanks for your interest.

Yes, I use 2.80 beta. In GPU mode there isn't always CUDA timeout error while animating. Timeout error generally occurs middle frames. In CPU mode, there is an instant crash with white screen.
