9ab0247b6e
Worked: blender-2.80.0-git20190615.aaf65749e9df-x86_64
Short description of error
i am author of point cloud visualization addon, see here: https://github.com/uhlik/bpy
drawing points in viewport has no longer correct depth, depth seems to be fixed, but random, it used to work in 2 weeks old build
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
i am attaching screenshots from my addon (from old and new build), and a simple example based on modal draw template, if you run example script, then slowly rotate viewport, some front points which should occlude those in back does not, some do, some not, looks like random selection or maybe it is based on their order
old build
new build

Can confirm.
@fclem: mind checking? or maybe @Jeroen-Bakker knows?
Changed status from 'Open' to: 'Archived'
We did remove the automatic depth test. Now you have to explicitly set it inside your drawing function and reset it to no depth test.
@fclem: good to know (wasnt aware)
so yeah:
seems to works just fine
