2.80 Eevee crashing during render

Operating system: Windows 10 x64
Graphics card: Various (Nvidia GTX 970, AMD Radeon VII, Nvidia GTX 1060)

Blender Version
Broken: abaf6b106d3a, 2019-06-25

Short description of error
During render of project, at various points, Blender crashes. Verified on 2 laptops and 1 desktop. This happens when rendering either FFMPEG .mp4 or .png sequence (I didn't test any other output formats). MS-DOS console gives the following error:

Error : EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

Module : C:\Users\jesse\Downloads\blender-2.80.0-git.abaf6b106d3a-windows64\blender.exe

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Open sample .blend file ()

1a. Specify output folder for .png sequence

  1. Press Ctrl+F12 to begin rendering animation sequence

I can't reproduce this crash on my end. That file is very big and complex. Please try to simply the the file until you can't reproduce the crashes anymore. Then try to figure out what is causing it.

Thanks for the reply. I've simplified the file as much as I can, removing any unnecessary models. I wish I was a developer, but sadly I'm just a creator and wasn't able to pinpoint the cause of the crash by my own means, which is why I submitted the bug. Hope this updated file can help (went from 446MB to 232MB):
