Cycles render issue with multi-GPU setup using 'GPU compute'.

System Information
Operating system: Windows 10
Graphics card: 2x Nvidia 2080ti with SLI connection and one 1080ti

Blender Version
Broken: blender-2.80.0-git.be060c3990ad-windows64 6/30/2019 (this issue also started happening on the last few weeks of builds).

Short description of error
When i turn on GPU compute with cycles it seems like the data being rendered by each GPU is not in sync and i get 3 sets of different things being rendered and all being combined together like a jigsaw puzzle seen in the attached screenshot. When i go into the settings and turn on one GPU instead of all 3 it works fine, the moment i turn back on two or more the issues start again. Never had this issue before on earlier builds.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

We require a .blend file to reproduce the problem.

Tried to upload scene, let me know if this works.

It seems to have been the SLI connection, after turning it off all 3 GPU work fine with the CPU, dont understand why. There was never an issue using the SLI before with all 3 GPU.

Wait, its happening again even with SLI off, let me know if you guys find a fix.
