Your .blend file does not have textures pakcked into it so your environmental texture is not included. I opened a 2k HRDI file in the World texture and switched to rendered mode and it worked fine.

You can use File->External Data->Pack all into .blend to include images with your .blend file and attach that to this ticket.

Please provide information on the graphics card your system has. You can also use Help->Save System Info to create a file that you can attach here as well.

Hello Gavin, thank you for your reply.
Please see the attached file at your request.
The environmental texture that I use is "forest.exr" which is a world studio lights built in from a blender.
When I tried the second time, blender 2.8 RC is now not force close, but I have rendered the view show all black while the cycles rendered view are fine. I am very interested in the eevee renderer feature.

I want to ask, I have 1 PC and 1 laptop, my PC is 32 bit with Intel graphic card and my laptop is 64 bit with AMD graphic card. On 64-bit laptops all work fine while on 32-bit PCs are problematic, maybe it's due to 32-bit or intel graphics card?

Thank you for your kind attention

Thanks, it works fine here without any issues.

Your Intel graphics driver '4.3.0 - Build 10.18.14.4264' I believe is very old, so if you can update it to the latest version appropriate for your CPU that may take care of the problem.

Your intel GPU is too old and we do not support it anymore:
