Short description of error
When i disable a collection and then renable it the objects from the collection disappear. I tried to restart blender, but it didn't work. Thet only happens when i'm working with eevee and when i'm not in the render view with cycles. But when i tried it with an empty project, it work. Have in mind that this project is an animation project.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

This is because you are in
Local View
(View
>Local View
>Toggle Local View
).Seems like excluding a collection from a viewlayer will clear the localview flags of participating objects/bases and these dont get restored if the collection comes back into the viewlayer. Maybe they should not be cleared? (would have to check further...)
I think this has been reported before [will dig for a duplicate report], otherwise @dfelinto might know more...
Cant find the duplicate, @dfelinto: could you pick it up?

Hi thanks for the report, but I will have to close it for now. The file is far from simple (73MB) and odds are the issue was already fixed.
If the problem persist with the official stable blender2.80 or a night build (builder.blender.org) please open a new report with a simplified file.

Actually I'm wondering what is the intended behaviour here. I think it should be ok to have new unexcluded objects to be visible in all local views by default.
@brecht any thoughts?
