Short description of error
Blocky shapes and lines visible inside smoke when rendering with Cycles.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Create a smoke sim from particles and set up shader. When increasing density in the shader, strange blocky shapes and lines become apparent inside the smoke (rotating the view may help you see them better). These are NOT the typical artifacts from adaptive domain - these look more like shadows inside the smoke. I'm including an example file.
