Operating system: Windows 10 Education 64-bit (Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362)
Graphics card: Intel UHD Graphics 620 (Acer Incorporated [ALI]) + 2047MB NVIDIA (Acer Incorporated [ALI])

Blender Version
Broken: (example: 2.80 RC 3)

Short description of error
Blender window becomes unresponsive and freezes, then the rest of the operating system freezes and subsequently it ends in the windows bluescreen: "DPC Watchdog Violation".

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I did not manage to find a pattern yet. Sometimes it just happens after clicking a button, sometimes during high computational load operations.

you can try to dasable power saving feature and confirm this issue?

Check if you hardware and OS work properly outside Blender use and if they have latest update

Power saving features are disabled. This bug report might be more of a heads-up for when the next windows update comes along, as I am not using the current version of windows 10 but rather the next version (insider preview build). Hardware and OS work fine otherwise but I should note that currently it is really hot here so the laptop cooling and maybe down-throttling might be related to the issue.

I couldn't replicate the bluescreen today, even with extensive use, and will attribut yesterdays behavior to overheating. Thank you for your time!
