Short description of error
Edge Tools -> Set Edge Length -> wrong length in non-metric units

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Create a cube -> Scene -> Units -> Imperial
Select cube -> edit mode -> select any edge -> press n for context menu -> edit tab (on right) -> Mesh Tools -> Edge Tools -> Set Edge Length -> type in any number -> OK

The length will not be set as the expected imperial ft length.

I can confirm this on version: 2.80 (sub 74)
Looks like yard is being used instead of feet.

Quick fix done I just have to figure out how to "push" it.
